Welcoming Duncan Cooper as Non-executive Chairman

Duncan has a wealth of experience in Chairman roles, assisting in the growth and development of a wide variety of companies, from precision engineering and manufacturing, to pumps and incineration.

Prior to this, Duncan worked for Grundfos Pumps, a company specialising in the production, sales and service of pump solutions, where he worked for 19 years in a variety of roles, including Regional Managing Director and Group Senior Vice President for the Americas.

Duncan brings with him a strong combination of strategic and operational skills, with vast experience in sales, new product development, operations, and engineering across international markets.
