1. Search your order number or reference in the orders tab

2. Click on your order and click ‘Cancel Order’

3. Confirm you are 100% sure you’re cancelling the order and tick the button, and click ‘Cancel Order’

4. You will then receive an email confirmation that the order has been cancelled

5. The order will then return to quote stage
