1. On ‘Hardware Options’ page, in ‘General Hardware’ section, scroll down to ‘Non Standard Text’

This is when the workflow is more than just a lock

2. Once non standard item information is inputted, continue quotation as normal and ‘Add to Quote’

3. Door price will be £0.00 value, you will receive an email stating there is a workflow on your quotation.

4. Once workflow is complete and non standard item price has been inputted, you will receive an email.

5. Search your quotation number and complete your quotation as usual.
