The Bradbury Academy was developed to provide a rounded approach to learning and development with the intention that anybody within the business, regardless of role, will be given the opportunity to develop a personalised training and development plan.

We work with a range of training and education providers, including Springfield Training and North Lindsey College, who provide tailored training packages.
We also provide training through our trade partners, trade associations and internal departments.
Youth Engineering is a charitable scheme within the Bradbury Academy which enables individuals to gain a qualification and experience in an engineering environment, regardless of your academic background or experience. The scheme is centred around young people who may not have achieved educational qualifications or would like to pursue a non-academic training route.
