The Bradbury Academy

At Bradbury Group, we fully believe that by introducing grass root home grown talent throughout our business, you will help us to succeed in achieving our vision of being a world-class company.

The Bradbury Academy was developed to provide a rounded approach to learning and development with the intention that anybody within the business, regardless of role, will be given the opportunity to develop a personalised training and development plan.

Employees are encouraged to fulfil their potential and are given the opportunity to shape the future of the group, in turn ensuring we employ a skilled and motivated workforce.

Youth Engineering

Youth Engineering is a charitable scheme within the Bradbury Academy which enables individuals to gain a qualification and experience in an engineering environment, regardless of your academic background or experience. The scheme is centred around young people who may not have achieved educational qualifications or would like to pursue a non-academic training route.
