Internal Sales Advisor

We are seeking a proactive, target orientated Internal Sales Advisor who enjoys communicating with customers. The role is based within a friendly sales team who convert email and phone enquiries into quotes, carry out follow up calls and turn those quotations into orders in a friendly and proactive manner.

Main Responsibilities:

– To provide accurate quotes effectively and efficiently.

– To communicate with clients and relay required information to other departments.

– To be their Clients champion whilst understanding Bradbury’s rules and procedures.

– Negotiation with clients and in-house.

– Achieve a high standard of Customer Service at all times and be an ambassador to both external clients and internal colleagues/departments.

– Ensure Clients queries are resolved in a timely, proactive manner.

– Achieve Company sales targets.


– Sales targets

– Quantity of quotations and orders

– Accuracy of quotes and order paperwork both for client confirmation and internally.

– Minimal customer complaints

Essential skills and knowledge:

– Excellent listening and influencing skills

– A history of giving great customer service

– Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

– Confident, professional and polite telephone manner

– Attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

– Industry knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
