Changes to Bradbury Group Board of Directors

We are pleased to announce that Tim Strawson will take on the role of Group Managing Director of Bradbury Group with immediate effect.

Having previously taken a step back from the business, Tim will take on a more active role within Bradbury in the coming months, replacing Richard Butler who is leaving the business.

Welcoming Andrew Dixey

Alongside Tim’s reappointment, the Bradbury Group is pleased to welcome Andrew Dixey as Non-executive Chairman. Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience having held senior positions in a number of global companies and he will bring to the group a new approach and fresh ideas.

“We are excited to welcome Andrew” says Tim. “His extensive knowledge will further strengthen the board and company, putting our customers and employees first. I am sure you will join me in welcoming Andrew to Bradbury”.

People focussed approach

Tim is keen to continue the family feel and ethos of the group and will focus on the Group’s ambitious growth plan, as well as an increasing emphasis on people, through employee engagement, wellbeing and social initiatives.

Tim comments “The pandemic took its toll on our employees. Our people should always come first and that is why we are increasing the number of employee initiatives within the group. After all, our employees are the heart of the company and without them, we cannot deliver on our ambitious growth.”

In recent months, Bradbury Group has re-introduced a number of company wide social events, including celebratory lunches and upcoming festive events.

Putting our customers first

Over the past year, Bradbury Group has seen a number of changes, designed to strengthen the overall customer experience. Relocating the Liddle customer support functions in July has enabled the company to deliver an enhanced design, manufacturing and customer support service across each of the brands. The group has also updated their brand identity in 2021, providing a more coherent and stronger visual identity and bringing together all of the brands in the eyes of the customer.
