Every month we like to shine a spotlight on a different Bradbury Group team member. This month we’re chatting to Aimee Burman; HR & Payroll Coordinator, and this month’s feature for employee spotlight.
“I usually start my day with a cup of coffee on my way to work. Once I get to my desk, I will check my email and meeting schedule for the day. Although, no two days are the same in HR! One minute I can be processing payroll or supporting various leaders throughout the business on our processes and procedures, and next, I can be helping out in our canteen. All of this whilst drinking tea and apparently (according to some) always eating. I am also proud to be a Mental Health First Aider and provide support when needed to our employees.”
“It has been 7 years since last week!”
“I started at Bradbury Group working in our finance department processing payroll and assisting with the accounts. I was then given the opportunity to complete my Level 3 and 5 CIPD and have worked in HR since. So, you could say I kind of fell into it.”
“The thing I most enjoy about working for Bradbury is working with the people that I do. I have an amazing team around me, and we all support and help each other out.”
“I am actually going to Bongo’s Bingo on Saturday night. I will also have the horses to sort out, as usual, and may even squeeze in a cheeky ride if I feel up to it.”
“It is what it is.”
