Employee Spotlight – Dom Jankevicius

What does your day-to-day look like?

“As a production manager, I am responsible for making sure that daily production targets are met, whilst sustaining the highest quality possible for our customers. I manage a team of around 100 people with the help of a management team that consists of 12 team leaders and 5 supervisors, this involves staffing levels and training optimisations; process reviews and continuous improvements.”

How long have you been with Bradbury Group?

“It will be 7 years this July.”

What was your first job?

“After graduating from university, I spent a year working as an operation supervisor in a company that specialises in personalised alcoholic beverage bottles. It was a good year!”

In terms of success, which accomplishments are you most proud of?

“I am definitely most proud of my BSc Hon in Civil Engineering and achieving a 2.1 degree back in 2014.”

What’s something surprising that not many people know about you?

“Every now and then I enjoy  listening to classical music.”

What is your motto/quote?

“I don’t really have one, but the last one that I heard and really liked was: “Do or do not. There is no try”.
