“Busy, most of my time is spent writing procedures and ensuring that we comply with different regulations and specifications. I oversee all quality, health, safety, and environmental issues and carry out internal audits to ensure we are following the processes we have set out. I am the company representative when an external audit body comes in to audit us. I deal with all product certification and testing and certification bodies in this country and abroad. I have held a wide range of roles within the company, so I have a good understanding of the workings of different departments. Very often I am the go-to person if anyone requires any technical information”.
