Every month we like to shine a spotlight on a different Bradbury Group team member. This month we’re chatting with Jonathan Potter, Customer Service Executive.
“As a Customer Service Executive, my day-to-day duties consist of responding to customer inquiries and logging any issues on our Customer First Portal. I assist customers in resolving issues, complaints or technical problems, and collaborate with colleagues and other departments to find solutions to complex problems.”
“I have worked at Bradbury Group in total for over 17 years. I originally started in 2003 working in the factory. I did several jobs including packing, Quality Control and Stores, before being provided with an opportunity to work in sales. I left the company in 2008 but rejoined in 2011 working in grille sales before moving to door sales. For the past year and a half, I have taken on a new role in customer service and I am enjoying it very much.”
“I bought my first house at the age of 19 and married my high school sweetheart at the age of 21! We have been married for 16 years now and have a beautiful 8-year-old daughter. I once walked on fire for charity and have swum with sharks in Hawaii (little ones but still sharks)!”
“Every Christmas Eve my mum would put me and my brother to bed, and whilst reading us a story she would stop and say “can you hear that”! We would run to the bedroom window and see Santa waving at us as he walked on the field at the back of our house. Later in life we learned this was our dad. I am keeping this tradition going and do this for my daughter every Christmas Eve, as I walk down our back field dressed as Santa.”
