Bradbury likes to shine a spotlight on a different Bradbury Group Team Member each month. In this article, we hear from Olivia, Contract Coordinator, and her insights about working for Bradbury Group.
I have been with Bradbury Group Since August 2020.
My day-to-day role is a fast-paced environment, involving coordinating our installation teams and ensuring the installs run as smoothly as possible.
I started out doing work experience in the finance department in February and March 2020. After completing college, I was looking for employment and HR called to offer me a position working as a tele-marketing executive.
I started in August 2020 in a temporary position and when my employment was coming to an end, Bradbury offered me the position of projects administrator, where I worked alongside our projects manager and contracts manager. In July 2021 my role then progressed to contracts coordinator.
Since starting at Bradbury Group, I have definitely become more confident. I can speak with customers much more confidently, and I feel the team around me has helped me to excel in my role and enabled me to learn new skills.
