Employee Spotlight – Shaun Matthews

What does your day-to-day look like?

On a day-to-day basis, I lead, support, and motivate the team. I carry out activities allied to the paint line process and organise and delegate work to my team, which will allow us to eliminate any imperfections on doors and frames before it reaches the coating stage and work is carried out efficiently and to company standards. On busier days, I will jump on the paint booths to help out the team.

How long have you worked at Bradbury Group?

I have worked at Bradbury’s for over one year.

How did you come to your role?

I applied online following friends’ suggestion. I started in the  Finishing department and have worked my way from Paint Operative to my current role as Paint Line Team Leader.
