National Apprenticeship Week

To mark the start of National Apprenticeship Week, our Technical Director Paul and a couple of Engineering Academy apprentices went along to give a speech at North Lindsey College. Paul presented to a room full of potential candidates to discuss the benefits to all parties of apprenticeships.  He discussed the idea that we at the Bradbury Academy are offering more than an apprenticeship scheme – we are offering a career.

“We see the value in promoting this as a partnership, between ourselves as an employer, between the education provider – NLC, and with the students. We feel it’s important to recognise that these young people are quickly becoming valuable assets to the company. It’s up to us as an employer to ensure they see a future in Engineering with Bradbury.”
