  3. Bradbury Group recognised nationally for CSR efforts
Bradbury Group is proud to announce that we recently took home the Corporate Social Responsibility Award at the British Security Awards 2023 for the ongoing support we have provided our employees during the cost of living crisis, as well as for our training and development channels and wealth of wellbeing resources.

The Corporate Social Responsibility Award celebrates the best support initiatives in the industry and focuses on what businesses are doing to look after and care for the local area, charities, employees and those most in need.

The coveted national awards, hosted by the British Security Industry Association, is recognised throughout the industry, with the Corporate Social Responsibility award having one of the biggest nomination lists.

As a company, Bradbury Group was recognised for our ambition to provide some of the best employee support in the country; such as free meal vouchers, subsidised food parcels, a company-wide bonus scheme, Mental Health First Aider drop-ins, a well-equipped and cost-effective on-site gym, personalised training and development plans, ongoing apprenticeship schemes and regular staff events.

Tom Cornell, Bradbury Group CEO explains, “We were up against some stiff competition for this award. To have won is a testament to not only the group but to our people. Without them and their support and commitment this wouldn’t have been possible, so thank you.”

Well done to all of the other winners and nominees on the night, and to all of those at Bradbury Group who have contributed to making it a rewarding place to work.
