Over the next few months, a mixture of single and double M2M2 steel doors will be installed on the Granville Road Project, London, as part of a regeneration project.
Delivered by Sherrygreen Homes and One Housing Group, the New Granville project will see a total of 132 new houses and apartments on the Granville Road estate in the London Borough of Barnet, including provision for 46 affordable homes.
Working alongside the main contractors Mulalley, The M2M2 steel doorsets are being installed both internally and externally by Bradbury Group, across 58 new homes and three flat blocks. The doors are security rated to LPS 1175 Security Rating 2 (SR2), providing optimal protection against intruders and damage.
Alongside, an M2M+ Steel fire door will also be installed, providing certified fire protection.
Phase one of the project is ongoing, with phase two due to start in the coming months. The doors are to be supplied in a Matt Grey Brown Colour, in-keeping with the aesthetics of the building and surroundings.
Alongside the 132 new homes, the regeneration project will see new innovative amenity spaces and over 300 car parking spaces, providing dedicated parking for each block. The development has been designed to integrate with the existing communities of Barnet and the project is employing sustainable construction techniques.
