Youth Engineering was founded by owner Tim Strawson in 2014 as a charitable enterprise. Tim’s vision for Youth Engineering was to develop a long-term, sustainable approach to helping young people from the North Lincolnshire area gain the necessary skills and qualifications required to find long-term employment.
Today, the Youth Engineering Charitable scheme forms part of the Bradbury Academy, providing apprentices, graduates, interns and employees with opportunities to develop qualifications, training and skills in a wide variety of areas.
