Working alongside North Lindsey College (DN Colleges Group), Bradbury Group are trialing the scheme that will see a student join us once a week for the duration of their two-year Business Management and Administration course.
Equivalent to three A Levels, a T Level qualification focuses on vocational skills and gives students invaluable workplace experience with its 80/20 learning format.
Learning and Development Facilitator at Bradbury Group, May Foxton said: “Bradbury Group are proud to be launching this new internal programme that will support local students in their efforts to gain hands-on experience of the industry and kickstart their career.”
The T Level student will initially be based in our customer support team but will eventually experience all aspects of the established Bradbury operation, spending dedicated time in each area of the business to truly understand the structure of the company.
“T Levels not only give young people insight into a functioning work environment and the opportunity to develop crucial skills required for high-skilled jobs, but they also allow businesses like us to identify homegrown talent.
“In addition, the programme will help us to generate higher levels of qualified employees working for our group, as well as supporting other engineering and manufacturing businesses in North Lincolnshire and surrounding areas,” she added.
More details will be shared soon, so keep your eyes peeled!
