At Bradbury Group, our core values – passion, fairness, trust and innovation – guide everything we do. That’s why we’re excited to launch a new benefits platform for all our employees as a key initiative in 2025.

On the first day of launch, over 60 people enrolled in the scheme, which is set to offer something for everyone, from supporting physical, emotional and financial wellbeing to treats and deals on the biggest brands.

On the launch, Head of People Michelle Firth said: “We believe in investing in our staff and creating positive working environments where individuals can thrive. Our new benefits package is just one way of showing that we care for our people and really appreciate what they do. Our primary goal is to serve our customers, but we can’t achieve that without first caring for our employees.”

Firstly, Bradbury is offering Perkbox, a global benefits and rewards platform, which provides over 9,000 deals and discounts, a huge range of free perks and employee wellbeing support. With discounts on essentials and luxuries – including food, tech, home and garden, health and beauty, entertainment, and holidays – there’s something to benefit not just our employees, but also their families and friends.

Secondly, there is enhanced wellbeing support through an extended Employee Assistance Programme, offering confidential one-to-one support, on-demand videos, financial advice, and meditation guides – accessible anytime, anywhere.

Thirdly, a Health Cash Plan provides comprehensive coverage across a range of health benefits, including dental, optical, diagnostic consultations, therapies, health screenings, and access to a GP helpline.

One of the first users of the scheme commented: “I’ve already used it to buy concert tickets with a 6% discount. I like that you can either use the discount or pay the normal price and earn points for supermarket shopping discounts or a free coffee.”

The introduction of Perkbox and other significant benefits comes as the rising cost of living continues to impact our employees, while increased employment costs add further challenges.
