We are pleased to announce that Tim Strawson will take on the role of Group Managing Director for Bradbury Group with immediate effect.
Tim’s focus over the coming weeks will be on operational efficiency and quality, with a particular emphasis on excelling in the products and services the company delivers to the customer. Tim is also keen to continue the recent focus on employees, through staff benefits, wellbeing and social initiatives, including the recent wage increase for production operatives to £11 per hour.
This month we are also welcoming Christine Smith to the Bradbury Group board, as Non-executive Director. Christine’s background in Non Exec and Exec roles brings a wealth of experience in strategic and operational roles across several functions including commercial, finance, retail, operations, and business development.
“We are delighted to welcome Christine to the board” says Tim. “Christine brings with her significant expertise in leading and delivering strategies with large companies and will be fundamental to the group as we deliver our ambitious growth plan.”

I am keen to ensure our attention is on operational excellence during 2022 and beyond, in return ensuring we exceed the expectations of our customers, by delivering the optimum products on time, first time, every time.”
