Certified to LPS 1175 SR4, the M2M4 range offers Bradbury’s highest level of security, coupled with a range of options to cater for all personnel, fire exit, access control and utility applications. Bradbury’s engineering expertise and the wide choice of available hardware enables the doors to be tailored to individual customer requirements.
Variants
M2M4 doors are made to measure; available as single outward opening doorsets, single inward opening doorsets and double outward opening doorsets, with fixed and removable side and over panels.
Frame
M2M4 frames are 110mm deep manufactured from 2.0mm Zintec steel. A fully welded frame option is available at an extra cost. M2M4 doors are reinforced by a 3mm chassis system, and supplied with a steel or DDA aluminium threshold.
Locks
M2M4 doors are available with a full range of Mico Abryll single point locking systems. They are available with panic escape hardware, manual deadlocking, and auto deadlocking. An electromechanical lock option is also available. Mico USCH4 locks are fitted for doors with external access.
Leaf
Internal plating and armoured steel are included to reinforce the locking area. Each M2M4 leaf has 6no. 126mm lift off hinges, protected by 9 heavy duty anti-pry hooks, with a 10mm steel astragal. M2M4 doors doors are available with a range of ancillary ironmongery including doors closers or heavy duty sprung limit stay also available. SR4 vision panels and SR4 louvre panels are available in a variety of sizes.
Finish
Polyester powder coated in-house, M2M4 doors are available in a range of high quality colours and finishes to suit customer requirements. Optional extras include wood effect finishes, and Akzo Nobel EXTRA LIFE paint guarantee is also available.
