A subsidiary of Bradbury Group since 2011, Newton Security Doors, design manufacture and install an industry leading range of communal entrance doors and flood doors.
The business, until recently, has been based in a dedicated production facility in Irvine, Scotland. However, with the relocation of Bradbury Group to its new multi-million-pound headquarters at Foxhills Industrial Estate in Scunthorpe during 2018, the long-term strategic plan was to bring all manufacturing operations into one Group facility.
Following several months of detailed planning the Irvine facility manufactured its last products in early September. The relocation to Bradbury Group headquarters was completed during the month with production commencing in late September in a dedicated, 12’000 Sq m, manufacturing facility on the site.
This new facility is a fully integrated production operation, which includes, CNC milling, punching and press brake machines along with a powder coating facility.
This move represents a substantial further investment by the Group in the Scunthorpe area whilst also creating a further 9 new jobs in the local community.

Newton Security Doors halo product is the ClassicAL communal door which is manufactured from reinforced aluminum and is accredited through the product-based accreditation scheme of Secured by Design, the police preferred specification which provides a recognised standard for all security products that can deter and reduce crime.
