On Friday 21st October, employees from across the Bradbury business gathered in the warehouse to celebrate their peers that have recently completed training through the Bradbury Academy.
Over the past few months, employees from numerous departments have been pushing themselves to strengthen their skillset through a variety of courses led by external providers; North Lindsey College, High Speed Training, Proactive Gas Safety Ltd, ETDL and Venatu.
Bradbury Group prides itself on being a pioneer in the industry and we’re proud to have a hard working team made up of forward-thinking people behind the scenes.
A big well done to each and every colleague that received their completion certificate during the ceremony.
Learning and Development Facilitator, May Foxton said: “We are delighted to see so many staff members actively participating in the training programs available to them through the Academy.
“Here at Bradbury Group, we pride ourselves on our commitment to upskilling our employees and this is just the start. We’re excited to be facilitating more internal training opportunities over the coming months and into 2023.”
