We are excited to announce that we have been selected as finalists at the LincolnshireLive Business Awards 2022 in the categories of Education, Training and Skills Award and International Business Award.
Supported by the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, the coveted awards recognise the best of the Lincolnshire business community across twelve categories, with the winners announced at the annual gala dinner on October 20th 2022.
The awards are in their 18th year and are an opportunity to showcase the hard work and commitment of Lincolnshire’s varied industries.
As a proud Lincolnshire business, we are delighted to have been shortlisted in two of the categories at such a prestigious event.
In July, we announced the formation of the Bradbury Academy; a dedicated training and development scheme, designed to provide existing and future employees with a personalised development program. This is alongside the charitable scheme Youth Engineering, enabling any individual, regardless of background to gain hands-on, real life experience alongside learning as part of an engineering apprenticeship.
A proud British door manufacturer, we have been consistently trading internationally across some of the most complicated economies in the world, providing business services and training support to our global trade partners. With plans for developing additional support and resources in the coming months, our international package is continuing to grow.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of the finalists the best of luck on the night!
