Firstly, we launch EcoLeaf – the UK’s first low carbon security-rated door with a 58% lower carbon footprint. This groundbreaking launch signifies a significant step in supporting architects, specifiers and contractors to reach their low carbon goals and generate competitive edge, without compromising on quality, durability, or design.
Environmental sustainability is one of today’s most urgent challenges. Steel production accounts for 7% of global greenhouse gas emissions, prompting producers worldwide to race toward net-zero goals – with the construction industry close behind.
Bradbury is honoured to be working in partnership with Germany’s largest producer of high-quality flat steel – thyssenkrupp Steel Europe who are resolutely pursuing a goal of producing steel using a completely carbon-neutral pathway by 2045.
Our lower embodied carbon steel doors are manufactured from thyssenkrupp Steel Europe bluemint® Steel and are being implemented across the group’s LPS 1175 Security certified door range M2M2, M2M3 and M2M4, as well as the architectural smoked rated door Capital45, and M2M+ flagship doors manufactured in 1.5mm Zintec steel. The group’s EcoLeaf door range is also available with internal fire certification up to 240 minutes.

Also at London Build, we are set to unveil BRAD (Bradbury Realtime Automated Designer), our new self-service online configuration tool for Bradbury’s steel door products, allowing you to instantly specify, quote, customise and order.
A unique offering unrivalled in the market, BRAD is simple, straightforward, and innovative, ensuring the efficient delivery of compliant, high-quality doors tailored to your specifications.
